We really hope that you love your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may request to return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@truenorth.ie with your order number and receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. For item(s) returned after this time, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour. Delivery costs are not included in your refund.
If you are satisfied with your purchase but wish to exchange your garment for a different size please email us at exchanges@truenorth.ie.
Email us within (14) days of receipt, with what size you wish to return, and the new size you wish to receive. Once the exchange has been received and accepted as being in its original condition, we will ship out your new garment.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
